These terms and conditions apply to the use of the pvip5 platform and all its services. By accessing the pvip5 website, opening an account, or using any service, you are agreeing to accept these terms.

If any information provided at the time of registration changes, the user must notify pvip5 customer support immediately. If the latest information is not confirmed, there may be delays in payment processing.

2.3 Account Security

The user is fully responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential. Giving another person access to the account or managing the account through a third party is prohibited. Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to pvip5 immediately.

3.1 Identity Verification Process (KYC)

pvip5 reserves the right to verify a user's identity for withdrawals above a certain amount or under special circumstances. This process may require submission of a copy of a national identity card, passport, or driving licence.

3.2 Restrictions Pending Verification

Until KYC is completed, pvip5 reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal process and impose certain restrictions on the account. The relevant user will be notified about this by email.

pvip5 supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.

• Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

pvip5 provides bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Accepting these offers means agreeing to the associated terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (deposit + bonus). The specified wagering amount must be completed before the bonus can be cashed out.

5.2 General Bonus Terms and Conditions

• A bonus is eligible only once and one offer applies per person.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be fulfilled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Using a bonus on prohibited games or strategies may result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

pvip5 has four VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback; Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Users can advance to higher tiers through regular activity and play. VIP benefits are provided according to separate terms and conditions.

All betting and gaming activities on pvip5 are conducted according to set rules. Platform results are impartial and ensured by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.1 Validity of a Bet

A bet will be considered valid only when it has been successfully registered in the system and the user's account has sufficient balance. Incomplete bets due to network issues will be considered void and the funds will be returned.

6.2 Technical Errors

If the result of a game is affected by a software or hardware error, pvip5 may cancel that round and return the wagered amount. In such situations, pvip5's decision is final.

6.3 Special Rules for Sports Betting

The relevant sporting rules apply to cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA), and other sports betting. If a match is cancelled or left incomplete, bets will be settled according to pvip5's specific policy.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pvip5 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Using software hacking, bots, or automated tools.
• Intentionally exploiting system errors or bugs.
• Betting using third-party funds or betting on behalf of third parties.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other users.
• Harassing or behaving disrespectfully towards pvip5 staff.
• Systematically abusing any promotional offer.

9.2 Closing Your Own Account

A user may request closure of their account at any time. To do so, they must contact customer support. All valid balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9.3 Inactive Account

For accounts that have been inactive for a long time, pvip5 may archive the account. The account can be recovered when the user logs in again. Any balance held in an inactive account will remain safe.
